I was referred to Rob by a friend, after trying pretty much everything under the sun to help with my back pain after having twins in my late 30's.
He gets you to move in new range of motion in one session giving you strength in the previous tight areas with his knowledge of the body and its correlation to the meridians.

Additional Resistance Stretches used on a regular basis releases my fascial restrictions and emphasize hip mobility, quad, calf and ankle all allowing me to squat deeper with less discomfort
Definitely helps me with my training, muscle recognition and reconstruction.
