I’m not kidding when I say I could notice a difference after only 1 session!!!
He is dedicated to his craft and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals when it comes to fitness, sports, or injury rehab.
I kept up with the mobility program he created for me and I am now a certified animal flow instructor, and I can drive to and from California without ANY back pain!
No ice packs or heat packs (honestly if a PT throws you on heat for 20 minutes as part of your "pain management plan" you're wasting your time).
In the meantime, I am participating in his online Mobility in May series (it's free and on instagram so go check it out) and he has motivated me to move my body daily and feel the benefits immediately.
He’s good at explaining the movements and is always there to help when needed.
Finally, after going to physical therapy 7 different times for different parts of my body, after 4 MRI's, nerve testing, x-rays and way too many doctors visits, I was directed towards Nathan 1 year ago and for the past year, I have been pain free every day.
Who ever thinks they have so much pain in their body because of immobile or inflexible ankles and knees which affect hips and a host of other stuff I learned today.
He's also done the same to a lot of my golf clients, which has been …
Not only does he have the knowledge and experience that put him far and above 99% of the industry, he genuinely CARES about his clients, whether he's teaching a newbie how to squat for the first time, or helping his fellow fitness professionals further their career with continued education and business advice
