Not only that, Thomas always made it clear that he is always available outside of our sessions for questions or clarifications and he always try to make sure to consistently repeat what exercise he is demonstrating while showing what muscle group we are targeting so that his clients can become more independent.

Everyone is also incredibly kind and patient - getting back into working out could’ve been an intimidating process but I felt really supported and never embarrassed if I couldn’t complete a workout or had to adjust to make it easier - would recommend to anyone at any point in their fitness journey!
