Convenient location and great value
Best gym option for equipment in Charleston area.

The cost is a little more than my previous gym, Planet Fitness; But it's similar to most other gyms.
I only wish their hot tub was more powerful and a bit hotter.
Staff are the most unfriendly employees I have ever seen in a gym!
It has a ton of equipment and the trainers and staff are great!
The shorter hoyrs on weekends are inconvenient but the facility is clean and staff is friendly.
Love this place except for the short hours on the wknd.
It is a great work out with music appropriate for my generation with instructors who not only lead but educate Seniors on ways to achieve fitness goals.
