Dustin does a great job pairing your goals to an effective workout program.
He even helped me create a meal plan and some home exercises to get faster results!
Keeps you motivated and works on your individual needs!
He's a helpful trainer 1# in SD I've lost weight training with him!
Experience is obvious from the first exercise.

I tend to get board of the same old work-out and I think that his style is always going to keep me interested and wanting to work harder.
