Sentiment Analysis
I was really impressed with many things: his obvious and sincere commitment to my growth, excellent preparation for each session, easy recall of my previous progress and issues, in depth explanations of what was going on for me, ability to pivot from the plan and adapt to whatever new issue that came up for me, encouraging and positive attitude, I could go on.
I do the 90 / 90 stretch every morning when I wake up (as well as few others) and again before I got to bed (a couple others too).
Made significant progress and increased my confidence with exercises, a true fountain of knowledge.
I have done things this year physically and mentally i could never imagine and Ken has been a huge part of my journey and I also consider him a mentor and an amazing friend.
If you’re struggling with muscle tightness and functional range of motion like I was, check out MMY’s services, it can set you on a new and better path.
I have dealt with shoulder, spine and hip issues for years and have made great strides in my physical health since working with More Mobile Yoga.
Ken was able to diagnose those areas and provide a tailored workout to address those weaknesses, and made it easy even though the workouts were conducted remotely over Zoom/Google Meet.
More Mobile Yoga has helped me as a tradesman in my work, bending and moving in ways that I never thought possible while maintaining strength to get the job done.
When I began training with Ken, he identified my areas of concern, identified the muscle groups I contributing to my pain, demonstrated and taught me many different stretches to conduct each day.
He was encouraging, helpful, thorough in training and I continue to use the foundational movements daily.
