
My introduction to Lisa was purely by chance; she was presenting a free introductory workshop at my local library at the exact time in my life when I was experiencing tremendous amounts of anxiety. She taught us the 'Loving Kindness' meditation, and I quite honestly wept halfway through it in relief of the release it unleashed. I began attending weekly group sessions as well as listening to her recorded meditations in between classes, and each week I was taken aback by the feelings it brought up and, in time, the ways her gentle manner helped me create peace inside. To this day, when I think of Lisa, I am immediately grounded. Lisa's quiet and yet profound teachings have made me a happier person, someone who has let go of judgment, obsessive control, and issues with panic thoughts...

If you want to begin a meditation program or simply continue yours, you would be wise to find Lisa and get to an in person class or an online class.
She is very knowledgeable and makes her meditation class very interesting.
