Her individualized and group classes are terrific, as well as her knowledge and expertise in fertility, pre + post-natal support, and physical + mental-emotional tools and needs. *Bonus: her calming presence, genuine care, relatability, and life experience make every interaction positive.

Excellent instructors offering a wide variety of classes with a welcoming, inclusive vibe.
I started going to Mind Body Baby for prenatal yoga when I was about 18 weeks pregnant because I wanted to safely move and strengthen my body in preparation for labor.
But here you get to be surrounded by other new mamas who are in the trenches with you, plus the mbb team who are sooo knowledgeable and willing to help, troubleshoot, or just cheer you on.
It’s a special and unique community for women at all stages of their fertility journey to go and be supported, educated, to move, and to share their feelings- their highs, lows, and everything in between.
The studio in general is such a good idea, I wish it were closer to me so it could be my everyday yoga studio.
You can definitely notice the love and thought put behind creating this series, it’s also been great to meet and connect with a community of local moms in the same boat!
Now I love going to classes where I can either bring my babies with me to class or drop them off at childcare while I have some time for my self.
Feel like a better human & mom and my boys have the absolute best time coming.
I feel more prepared for birth and look forward to joining the postpartum classes (solo and with my babies!
As a brand new first time mom, I found a wonderful community where it is okay to be honest and open and vulnerable and be supported by other moms.
