Mary's Health and Fitness has kickstarted my fitness again! I found about Mary's H&F through an event and decided to come out and give it a shot. I started with one on one trainings and now am doing the group sessions! Mary and her team are all great and have helped me to start reaching my goals. All the sessions are fun, fast moving and challenging yet rewarding.

I have been going to Mary's H&F for a few months now and I wish I would have came sooner.
I would recommend Mary’s Health and Fitness for everyone and especially athletes.
I also love that the studio is clean, spacious, and has a wide variety of equipment so each workout feels different!
It is such an encouraging environment, and I love the positive community created during the workouts.
The nutrition plan is an excellent choice for someone who wants to improve their health in a non-judgmental environment.
I've been working out with Mary for the past year, and when the pandemic hit, we immediately switched to working out on Zoom.
In the studio there is a wide variety of equipment, so each workout is completely different.
I like that they are willing to work with you and modify the workouts due to injury and the motivation by Mary at 5:30 am is amazing.
I met with Mary a few weeks prior to learn how they were responding to the pandemic and what their protocols were.
I love the trainers, the variety of workouts in small group classes, and the overall positive and energetic vibe in the studio.
