Personalize workouts to your needs.
She was upfront about certain policies they have (I was looking for an open gym and they only do personal training) but she was extremely polite and professional.
Very attentive one-to-one approach, training to suit each individual as an individual.
..a nutritionist monthly I guarantee you it would be more than double what they charge
There are 2-3 trainers on the floor floating from person to person, setting up your exercises, coaching on form, explaining the functional science behind the exercise, helping you challenge yourself, etc.
Private personal trainers can cost anywhere from $40 to $70 an hour so the model at Marino’s is to provide 2 to 3 trainers on the floor training several people at a time and this is done effectively because you have to schedule your time.
Have been going to Marino’s for years due to back issues that were progressively getting worse and constantly injuring myself by performing exercises I should not be doing with the back issues I had.
I think people crave personal service in this impersonal high tech, text, email world.
My dad likes it
They are truly passionate about their work and their clients' well-being, from providing personalized training, to group conditioning classes, to nutrition counseling, to group activities outside the gym.
