After giving birth to my kids, my postpartum body has looked and felt different and I am so glad that Cat addresses this in her videos. She helps me understand the why which is what I like. Learning to correct my breathing to strengthen my pelvic floor are foundational to building my stamina for yoga and sculpting again! I like that there are a variety of short and long videos depending on my schedule and time.

I trust her classes to help my clients improve their core and pelvic floor connection, breathing and posture so that they have better outcomes in pregnancy, childbirth and in postpartum.
As a first time mom and someone who never exercised regularly, I started my prenatal yoga with Cat around 14 weeks of pregnancy and I can’t tell how helpful those classes were!!
I started taking prenatal yoga classes with Cat when I was about 20 weeks pregnant and let me tell you these classes have been so so helpful to me not just physically but also emotionally and mentally.
Once we got home, Cat pointed us to several resources, most notably a lactation consultant who is very knowledgeable and helped us to lower our baby’s bilirubin (which was teetering on requiring a hospital stay)
She was amazing throughout my pregnancy, offering prenatal, birth, and postpartum Pilates training that really helped me out.
She not only supported me and my partner but also fostered a sense of community among our birthing team, including medical professionals and family members.
Cat’s class offerings at Mama Flow Studio encompass everything from yoga, pilates, core strengthening, strength training, pelvic floor training, birth preparation, mindfulness and breath work during pregnancy and postpartum.
I started with Cat while I was struggling postpartum to get back into fitness and the one on one sessions over Zoom have been wonderful.
She provides so much insight about the core and pelvic floor during her classes to help prepare for birth and postpartum.
The community of women at the Los Gatos studio has also been wonderful - it's such a nice way to meet other expecting moms and feel supported and held in community during the pregnancy journey!
