He is equally encouraging and challenging and in the 3 short months since I've started lessons I am super pleased with my progress.
Whether you want to geek out on theory and chords or just find your groove, George is an outstanding teacher.
I would recommend george for any starting or intermediate bass player (can't judge on whether it works for advanced players, yet, although I suspect it would as well).
His follow up after each lesson takes all the stress out of remembering what happened during the lesson to a minimum.
