Can't say enough good things about Lund Martial Arts! I love the design of the curriculum, which starts with the fundamentals of self-defense (both striking and grappling) and then introduces the art form. All three components integrate well together. Their program has boosted my son's self-confidence and taught him great lessons about work ethic and perseverance. Classes are well-organized, the instructors are fantastic, and the facility is spotless. .. Best of all (for this dad), they let parents take classes with their kids, which has been a great source of bonding for my son and me.
