The trainers take a lot of time to get to know me and my health issues and help me work out safely.
Nice people working with you.
But more important, knowledgeable of not just equipment but assessing my bodies needs and working to increase my strength and flexibility.
Our personal improvements in strength, endurance, balance, and overall mobility during this time can only be attributed to the evolving personalized programs prepared for us by the Living Fit Team and the personal effort on our part to improve our physical and mental conditions.
After listening to Bulletproof Radio (fitness) podcasts, I began a search for the Bio Density & Power Plate machines & found them BOTH at Livingfit Rx!
Debi and her staff are simply amazing, they are not only kind and thoughtful but they are also incredibly knowledgeable in everything relating to physical fitness and agility.
I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs someone to come alongside them and encourage them on their journey to wellness.
We have worked out as a couple for 5 years here at Living Fit Rx and appreciate the workout on the Power Plate - how all muscle groups can be strengthened in HALF the time as the same effort put forth on the floor.
