Spacious with plenty of room between the wide variety of equipment so it never feels crowded.
I have Tyler as my trainer and he was able to build a workout plan that allowed me to see results while taking into account past injuries and helping me prevent new ones.
But I started having some health issues that convinced me it was time.
When I go to the gym, I hate when its crowded or when I feel least confident in my ability to perform/workout compared to the people around me that work out more often than work.
Pretty good place, enough and great equipment to finish your training, and not many people at the same time.
