She has a small play area outside the exercise studio which is well stocked with games and puzzles and fun stuff for kids if you use the babysitting services during class.
Even if you don’t have kids, the energy here is totally different from the regular yoga place, well behaved kids running around and stretching...

She gives you individual attention, and pushes you just far enough so you get the most out of the experience.
I never thought I'd get a workout while doing yoga with my toddler, but I did!
Mary provides childcare during many of the classes that are not meant for children to attend, making it so easy for me to bring my son along to the gym.
