Liberation Fitness

This post is for the nutritional coaching I receive from Alena: I started meeting with Alena serval months ago and she has guided me through sustainable lifestyle changes, such as dairy-free food choices and SMART goal setting.

I haven’t worked out regularly in over 4 years and while the workouts are a challenge the coaches are great about breaking down the movements and providing modifications.

The coaches are excellent, paying individual attention to each member, modifying the workout as needed and pushing you to limits that you never realized you had.

Coming out to Liberation Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made about my health and wellness.

I was very hesitant about coming to a Cross Fit gym 4 months postpartum but all the workouts can be modified to fit your fitness level and as long as you put in the work you will see and feel the difference in no time.

1 on 1 health coaching is part of the package and is a blessing to keep your training and eating on track to reach your goals.

It is a judgement free zones and everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially to new comers.
