The workouts are ever changing, and I always feel challenged and accomplished.
Very helpful and learning a lot from Junior and Sue.
And as a woman, I love that I can go to this gym and there is hardly anyone else there; a lot of the time it is just me and my trainer.

I was a 3 sport athlete and a lot of the times had to work through injuries with Junior but he would never let me give up.
I have past injuries and Junior works with me to modify exercises so that I am not reinjured.
They have a great amount of knowledge of their profession.
After a year and a half, my strength, mobility, stamina and appearance have significantly changed for the better!
The training studio is clean, up to date and just an overall great place to be at.
