Lagroove

I’ve been to a plethora of Pilates studios across the east coast and Lagroove still beats them all <33 I felt the most in shape physically when I was going to this studio and they give the most visible results :))

Not only is this the best and hardest workout I have done in my life, as I feel myself working muscles I didn't even know I had, but the vibes of this class are amazing.

Update 4/18/2024: I’ve been Lagrooving for almost a year now and I have never felt stronger or more confident.

The vibe is 100/10 - I always look forward to my next class at Lagroove!

Every instructor I’ve had has been super friendly and professional!

All of the instructors prioritize correct form and provide feedback, they keep the workouts varied, and are just really kind.

I’ve been practicing the Lagree method for over a decade, and I have never had a better experience as I’ve had this past year at Lagroove.

Everyone is so welcoming, the instructors take time to explain movements and provide adjustments if needed.

As someone who is both experienced in Lagree-style Pilates and has been away from the practice for a few years, I feel both encouraged and personally attended to in order to fit my level of fitness during each class.
