I started practicing Vinyasa Flow yoga 6 months ago and when planning our annual trip to Key Largo this year one of the first things I did was look into where I might continue my practice. My experience with Kathy and Key Largo Yoga has been wonderful. The all-level Vinyasa Flow class has been challenging, while Kathy's ease in teaching makes you yearn to learn more. I thought maybe I would go one or two days a week while we were on vacation and find that in the first week I've already gone to four classes and look forward to the next. What a wonderful experience … I wish I was local!

Good atmosphere
I went to a few classes while I was vacationing in key largo.
I reached out to Kathy and she was extremely prompt in her reply which was wonderful since I booked this only a couple weeks before our honeymoon and wasn't even sure if there was any availability during our dates.
I moved to Key Largo in January and Key Largo Yoga is what I love most about the area.
Key Largo Yoga is a beloved community of learners.
