For the past 31 years, Karate West has served the Pacific Northwest providing exceptional karate instruction for youth and adults. In 1989, Karate West co-founders, Jan Stockton and Randy Holeman, recognized the community's need for a family-oriented martial arts school that focused on important life skills such as respect, courage, discipline, focus, responsibility, and compassion. These skills, among others, comprise the heart of Karate West's martial arts program.
