I have been training with Jess for 2 years now and I can't recommend her enough to any person looking for expert guidance in functional fitness.
We contacted Jess and she put together a 12 week snowboard prep class for me, my wife and two of our friends.
This class has been much more than muscle building (although having muscles is pretty fun), I have new friends who want to focus on wellness and health with me as well as new found outdoor adventure skills I didn’t realize I wanted 🙂 highly recommend!
Jess took the time to get to know me as we crafted a post-cancer fitness plan together.
Jess worked us hard, and it was clear that she cares a lot about people learning the proper way to do core exercises so they get the most benefit from every move.
She has helped me immensely in my recovery from a total knee replacement.
We're 67 and 77 years old and have to date, enjoyed our adventures hiking and camping and kayaking and white water rafting and yes, Llama trekking!
Jess is helping me achieve my outdoor adventuring goals through nuanced workout plans, goal setting, and tons of encouragement.
