The community provides support and is built out of a deep respect for individuals who are interested in their own process of personal-responsibility, self-care and self-awakening. Sensitivity, honesty, openness, focus and generosity are the bedrock for the nature of this work, and it is offered with joy and steadiness. We teach safe and sustainable Yoga and offer additional healing services that support and nourish your body, heart and mind. The studio has a noncompetitive atmosphere, beginners are welcomed and appreciated.
