If you have never taken a class with an Iyengar instructor/teacher try it at least once and then make your own assessment, it’s worth the treat for the experience.
I can't speak highly enough for the teachers and the environment at Rosemary Court Yoga.
The BEST Iyengar studio in the area.
I wouldn't do any other kind of yoga and am very glad to have met Sue and Deborah, both terrific teachers.
She is very knowledgeable and mindful of each student (carefully watching and allowing you to get as far into the pose as you are able to).

Asanas are taught in stages with great attention to bodily details and alignment.
Yes, blanket folding is specific, but its purpose is to help you position your body in the best way for optimal alignment AND to be mindful of the next person who uses them.
The instructor was patient and instructive ensuring all students were getting into the positions correctly to the best of their ability and offering alternatives or assists if their body wasn't able.
After each class, I feel as though my body is waking up!
