I moved out of state recently and did not know how much I would miss going.
My favorite part, besides the great classes, is that when you arrive someone is always ready to greet you and welcome you to the studio, they will even help you find a spot when the class gets full.
Not only do they have the best, most experienced teachers in the industry, they have a beautiful, spacious studio to practice in.
A place to recover, get stronger, and find some mental peace.
The staff are very friendly and there's an intimacy this studio provides that makes you feel like it's your sacred yoga home to take care of yourself.
