Originally from Michigan, as a teenager Victoria was honored to perform the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker in Detroit alongside the ballerinas of Cynthia Harvey, Evelyn Cisneros, and Kyra Nichols. Inspiring her on to a professional career in ballet she graduated on full scholarship with honors from the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington D.C. training under Alla Sizova, Ludmila Sakharova, and Nikolai Morozov, and was honored to perform with the Kirov Ballet the lead role of Masha in the Nutcracker on their North American tour. She earned her diploma and graduated with honors on full scholarship from the Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan and received additional training from the School of American Ballet in New York, Pennsylvania Ballet (now The Rock School), Chicago City...

A top notch educator, whose extraordinary passion is matched by her expertise.
They have poured their hearts and souls, as well as their blood, sweat and tears into this beautiful conservatory and pour this same amount of passion into their students.
Victoria and Jay are extremely talented and gifted in ballet but also in teaching and connecting with students.
There are so many dance schools that are “tap ballet jazz hip-hop,” and geared towards kids doing competitions all the time; nothing wrong with that, but it’s a breath of fresh air to see a pathway towards attainment and mastery of the true art of ballet at a professional level!!
They have both dedicated their lives to the art of ballet and are so excited to continue teaching what they love, but now at their very own studio!
There are not many opportunities available locally to train in this method, and we have been very impressed with our experience.
At first I was hesitant to leave such a well-known and respected program, and International Ballet Conservatory may not yet have the clout that some of the other academies rest on, with it being the first year IBC has opened its doors, but it can only be a matter of time before Victoria’s personally perfected dancers begin to make a stir in the ballet world.
