As a trainer myself I am very selective with who I let write my nutrition and training protocols and Garrett showed up every time even when I couldn't.
By the time we started working together, I had lost my menstrual cycle due to severe underrating and overtraining, was constantly freezing, had to get an antibiotic monthly because my immune system couldn’t fight anything off, and had atrocious digestion/gut health.
