The classes are always extremely high quality and well paced (the time under tension is always perfect, transitions are well thought out and directed) it’s never a question that you will get an amazing workout.
The students in her class are a lot more uniform in posture and pacing which are both essential for getting results from Lagree.
The teachers here are total pros who create challenging classes that push you in all the best ways.
