Even in Basics classes, there are usually cued opportunities to incorporate more advanced elements if you know them, and All Levels classes seamlessly integrate modification options for whatever you need that day.

I've been practicing yoga for about 4 years and have dropped into studios in several different countries and locally in the area, but IPY is certainly the best.

The teachers do an amazing job at not only instructing safely and giving lots of options to modify the poses to your comfort level but also always encouraging you to try new things and expand your practice!

Gretchen teaches a couple of fantastic yin yoga classes, and the rest of the classes are vinyasa flow classes that are also wonderful.

I was initially unsure of the heat but it isn't anything like bikram it is 85-90 degrees so you will definitely sweat but in a purifying, detoxifying, great work out kind of way.
