I've had problems with really tight hips from powerlifting so I decided to try their basic yoga class since I've never done yoga or stretching before.
I wish that they had afternoon/midday classes, but there are some excellent instructors.
Fair warning should state, that by allowing such life practice into your heart, you may become, absorbed and mesmerized by vibrant, intuitive earth angels, incredibly gracious both body and soul
No matter the class, I've always felt the teachers are trained and professional.
