Sentiment Analysis
Sprinting is a learned skill, so much of it is a “feeling” you get when done right and what I’ve seen/heard him do is communicate what it feels like at each of the sprinting phases.
Since working with Ike Performance, my daughter has significantly dropped her times, developed a knowledge for sprint mechanics, and become more confident in her athletic abilities.
In my case, there were 2 different coaches that we worked with previously, those two coaches offered training methods and techniques that were already known by my athlete, in the end I was paying for something my athlete could have done in their spare time.
Ive been working with Ike for a while now and he has improved my speed and technique so much it is unbelievable.
