This stunning, 90,000-square foot performing arts, conference and community center, with its neoclassical architecture and grand presence on Hutchins Street, was built on the 10-acre site of the former Lodi Union High School, which closed after a devastating fire in 1974. Hutchins Street Square is the result of Lodi's community pride and determination to turn a literal ash heap into a center for performing and visual arts, national and regional corporate meetings and special events, indoor pool, as well as a variety of recreation programs and services for all ages.
