This place is has set the bar for other hot yoga places that I visit.
I was welcomed with no questions asked and the instructor was excellent at guiding you through each transition and pose.
From the way she flows the class into each transition, helping with corrections and her choice of words to help you through the challenging times truly made a difference and so grateful for it!
Sign-up with Emily, she was very knowledgeable and great with talking you through correct postures and even offering alternatives when needed.

Great little studio.
My first time here today and I loved it!
I stumbled across this studio while in Centerville and feel so lucky it's only a few minutes from my house.
Once you go to her class, you may never go to another studio again.
Hooked right away and inspired to increase my strength, flexibility and tolerance to the heat I started regularly attending Vinyasa Advance classes taught by Becky Loose.
