One class session and all of my problems are solved- literally better than a deep tissue massage.
Gen's voice is soothing, and she encourages you to use props to help you in the various poses.
I am so thankful to have found this studio.
My first class at this studio, taught by Cindy, could not come more recommended.
My plan is to take a class every Thursday with Elvis or Cindy.
A great communal vibe here and all the instructors so far have been pleasant, well-skilled, observant, and easy to learn from.
