Trainers were very experienced and helpful to modify to my body type.
Classes are high intensity fun, like recess when we were kids 😊; trainers are very knowledgeable and approachable and the kickboxing class is "professional fighters quality".
There is always something different in class and there are plenty of class times to choose from.
Great workout they incorporate cardio and strength training, so u get an overall upper & lower body workout!
I am so happy with the results and am finally feeling and Looking like I did in college and not what I looked like after being a dad of three.
