There's a great energy at all times, 24hr access, and a healthy cafe a few doors down!
I’ve, unfortunately, had to stop working out due to a medical limitation and when I talked to Hom, the owner, about canceling out my membership and squaring up any early term fees he was understanding and gracious and due to the circumstance, canceled with no further fees.
Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gym in the area.
I made it to 127lbs but the only thing that was growing was my stomach, until I signed up with Muhammad as my personal trainer.
As being a complete beginner I wanted someone who can understand my physical health issues and accordingly make me workout to achieve my goals.
When I started the 6 week challenge I didn’t think 27 lbs could of been possible but with the help of the trainers and there amazing workouts I did it!
