Go No Sen Karate has had such a huge impact on both my children lives since they started there classes a little over six months ago. I am able to see the teachings of Renshi and Sempai Laurie spilling over into our home life as well as there performance in class. My seven year old has really matured, become more responsible, and a big helper at home. Not only with daily chores, but with his 4 year old brother. Both boys look forward to their classes, and enjoys the physical discipline that the program teaches them. They are learning to use their teachings to protect themselves and each other, and not necessarily to hurt others. The staff is awesome as well.
