PROS: As a female coming into a “man sport,” it was very intimidating, but everyone made me feel welcome; they always give additional directions when learning new (or forgetting old😅) moves, and most importantly, they dial back their strength and skills to help accommodate a beginner female.
And his quick 10-second demonstration of one of the karate forms was flawless, which to me was a huge indication that what he taught was going to be accurate and of high quality.

Both instructors were high level taekwondo competitors before transitioning Muay Thai and kickboxing so you can learn some cool unique striking most places can't teach.
The coaches actively continue to further their martial arts in order to bring fresh and new information.
Then I was introduced to Fuzion Martial arts by a friend to try Brazilian jiu jitsu and let me tell you i was not Disappointed.
It has been the only workout that my husband and I have been able to keep to and lost over 40lbs each!
Fuzion Martial Arts provides my son and I with top notch instruction teaching MMA, Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu while being a fun and family friendly environment.
