I've been working out with Matt for 4 years now and have been very impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and encouragement. He is a no-nonsense-type of trainer and wants people to strive to reach their personal goals. He has helped me immensely through proper nutrition as well, and kept me leaner and stronger. I had worked out with other trainers for over 20 years prior to working with Matt, and I have to say that Matt tops them all. He's fun to work with and is dedicated to his industry totally, as he and his wife, Hannah, are all-in when it comes to fitness. They definitely walk the talk and care deeply about their clients. I love how they customize programs based on my needs and help motivate me to stay consistent and get the results I want.
I was able to accomplish that, but more importantly I was able to become stronger, more flexible, and get in better overall physical shape.
I’m at a point where I am the strongest I have ever been, am knowledgeable on how to lose and maintain weight (even if I fail some weeks), and have put my life on a much healthier and happier path.
I also love that you can swap out workouts if you aren’t feeling it or are working out with different equipment.

She motivates and pushes you but never makes you feel pressured.
I could 100% see and feel an impact from our sessions, both with my fitness and with my life holistically (Matt helped me on the nutrition side of things too!
I have used them for both online and in-person training and was exceedingly happy with the results.
She pushes me to do my best but is very conscious and aware of my past injuries and specific body mechanics.
