Sentiment Analysis
There are classes available at a wide variety of times and all the teachers are encouraging and knowledgeable.
I hope they are thriving during this covid time.
The instructors are great, there is a wide variety of classes (types as well as schedules), and they added an extensive video library during the pandemic, which has made working out at home so much better.
I’ve been taking outside yoga sculpt classes with Jamie at Fitler Square and don’t let the yoga part fool you- this class is incredibly challenging, in the best way.
The barre classes are challenging and hit all of your body parts, but the barre studio has carpet which isn't the best.
Each time seems to be essentially the same with minor variations and so-so music and instructors don't have their individual flare
