When I was new to Lincoln, Fly was one of the first places I felt at home, despite my fear over whether fitness classes were for me.
My faves are the Wednesday and Friday fusion classes at noon with Lisa and Morgan,respectively as well as anything on Saturday mornings with Alex!
The classes are FUN, the instructors feel like your best friend & the community is unmatched.
The atmosphere is fun, the instructors are challenging, the community is supportive and uplifting.
