Great neighborhood gym, has all the machines/equipment you need and the team is really nice
The weights section needs more duplicates of lighter weights.
Convenient, friendly, clean, reliable, it has all the equipment I need, great hours, staff is very helpful.
The equipment is maintained in good working order, and the staff is friendly, professional, and responsive to questions on how to best either use equipment or achieve exercise goals.
The gym does a great job of fostering a collaborative environment as other members seem to care about etiquette like not hogging an area or weights for too long.

After not attending a gym in over a year and a half, I was very nervous about coming back - partially due to health and safety but mostly because gyms can be intimidating places!
They have everything you need for most regular workouts, and rarely need to wait for machines except during very busy times.
Very friendly staff and members, nice variety of equipment and different classes to fit many different members' needs!
If you want something gentle and slow this is your class.
