Small gym with everything you need to get a great workout in.
They only need to add plants, and images/art on the walls -- their only weakness.
I talked to Dan, the owner, and was given a informative and complete talk and guide to his gym.
Relaxed environment that supports everyone from young bodybuilders to geriatrics.
I'm so glad to be back at the gym!
I recommend this gym to anyone, it lacks some equipment but that challenges me to find different ways to work the muscles.
Friendly staff .
It feels like it would get very cramped if there is more than 10 people training here.
Staff is friendly, facilities are clean and equipment is all in good order.
My only complaint is no free parking.
