Each strength training session is tailored to my specific body's needs and limitations due to prior injuries and current medical conditions.
Aside from addressing my initial reasons for reaching out, she has helped me think more about my body as a complete system, helped me work to correct root causes of various physical issues, and helped me to almost completely rethink my nutrition and my relationship with food.

Beautiful place with great food and drinks
I had been wanting to get in good shape for a long time and had no clue how to do it, on the drive home that night I realized that Gina would be the person to work with to do just that.
She can totally help, and has, if you are super fit and in training for an event, but if you are like me and just want to shed some weight and feel good, Gina excels in that arena as well!
I was new to the world of fitness and Gina gently brought me along to a level of comfort that made me look forward to going to training.
One of my favorite things about training with Gina besides her incredible depth of knowledge is that when I am training it is just me and her in the gym - complete privacy is comfortable for those moments when you feel most uncomfortable!
Gina taught me correct form, which is very important, how to work out, how to eat and diet, and how to live a healthy, fun and active lifestyle!
