We hold our community to a higher standard and believe in leading by example. In that program, I worked with my own personal trainer who gave me a balanced week of workouts, looked at my weekly eating habits to help me curate the correct approach to daily intake and also gave me the tools necessary to be able to continue this journey on my own.
Rachel and Kyle have created a welcoming, respectful, clean, judge-free community that I will continue to attend as long as I can.
