We decided to go back and give it a second chance with a different instructor, she did not do a great job elaborating what poses were coming next, usually I don’t have to look at the instructor but I found that literally everyone was looking at her out of confusion for the next pose.
I have not found a better place anywhere than Evolve Yoga.
