Evolution Martial Arts and Crossfit
This place is amazing! ! In addition to Crossfit they offer a variety of classes like Hapkido and Kickboxing and they are so worth it. Not only are the classes very instructional and useful, but the instructor himself, Jason, is also incredibly encouraging and respectful toward his students. I'm the type of person who was admittedly very nervous about taking my first martial arts class but the staff at the gym made me feel welcomed immediately! This is definitely a place worth signing up for. You'll always want to keep coming back!

Great teachers, highly recommend
I highly recommend Master Jason Lau and the team at Evolution Martial Arts and Crossfit.
Great instructors and a real community feel
I'm a super beginner when it comes to any type of working out and they were great in showing me the correct way to do the workouts and modified to my level.
Gyms are the easiest way to pick up germs and when I stepped foot into this gym it was clean, neat, and completely organized with sectioned off space for each member to safely work out at a conservative safe distance.
It's so fun; the games, the martial art, the gymnastic moves, and the teachers are really funny.
We decided to take our 4 year old to try out the free trial class and were pleasantly surprised that they offered 2 free weeks of classes, more than enough time to decide if he liked it.
(I have heard stories of some parents visiting other martial arts studios and being turned off because they are too strict and not understanding - not so, here!
My son has been a tiny tiger at Evolution for a little over year now and he has improved a great deal in terms of his development in self-control and respect for others.
NOW, my son is in kindergarten and he is the one student out of 6 other kindergarten classes to stand in front of a microphone in the auditorium of the school to lead a recital about kindness and to “think with the end in mind” perception!!
