There are no group classes or bells-and-whistles, but you will get a clean space to do your workouts and an area to stretch.
The place is so clean and I always see someone in the staff walking around to make sure it looks good, especially in the womens section
The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
Every machine you can think of, open all day for people with all different work shifts, very nice staff willing to show you how any machine works, clean gym, good people
Over the years I’ve been able to take advantage of all parts of the gym from the free weights, to the machine sections and new legs machines, the cardio section, and even the open area with room for stretching and other exercises.
Special shoutout to Jose, who was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to help me with my account.
Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, owner is constantly making improvements to gym equipment and is the right price.
Lots of improvements are being made, new equipments are brought in , in order to keep up with demand, they just trying to keep customers happy.
Good prices and the good thing is that it open very early
I love the new gym equipments and remodel of the place.
