Taylor walked into a boxing gym in 2011, threw her first punch, and instantly her whole life changed. She fought competitively at a young age and has been coaching ever since. A graduate with a degree in Kinesiology, she previously owned an MMA gym in Arizona and recently embarked on a new Colorado adventure! Her specialties are in boxing, Muay Thai, distance running programming, as well as strength and conditioning. Taylor's approach to fitness has always been to bring the fun back into it.
