Best place in town for health and fitness, equipment clean and neat, and the coaches are absolutely the best of the best
I personally jumped from barely able to power clean 185lbs to now easily cleaning 205lbs for multiple reps in just under 2 months (max weight TBD).
Solid people with great attitudes that just want to work!
I don’t always look forward to my workouts (who does?) but always leave with a smile on my face.
